Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We don’t currently charge GST. The build fee is invoiced in two parts: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Setup fees are invoiced the same way: 50% to start and 50% when the service goes live. Care plans and any other monthly services are invoiced monthly from launch. No payment is taken on this website.
Delivery
The 14-day clock starts the day we receive your completed brief and every asset it asks for: logo, photos, service list, hours and contact details. If the site is not live by day 14 for a reason within our control, we refund the build fee in full.
Revisions and the rebuild promise
The build includes 2 rounds of revisions on the staging site. If you are still unhappy after both rounds, we rebuild the design once, to the same scope, at no extra cost rather than leave you with something you do not want. The delivery window starts again for the rebuild.
What the build includes
A 15-page site built search-ready (crawlable pages, titles and descriptions, structured data, canonical URLs and a sitemap), one contact form, one embedded third-party tool, a Google reviews widget, and full handover of domain, hosting and content. Google Business Profile setup, directory listings and ongoing search work are not included in the build; they are part of Search. Privacy, terms and 404 pages are built on top and are not counted in the 15 pages. You supply the legal wording, or review and approve our plain-English starter; we do not give legal advice. Email hosting and mailboxes are not included; they stay with your email provider, and we keep your existing email records in place when the site moves. Anything outside that list is quoted separately as a fixed price before we start.
Care plans
There are three care plans: the Rego, Rego + Service and Search. Each is billed monthly from launch, with a minimum term of 12 months. After the minimum term each runs month to month: cancel by email with 30 days’ notice. We never renew a plan into a new term. Moving between the Rego and Rego + Service keeps the end of your minimum term; adding Search starts a new 12-month minimum from that day, because its setup work happens in the first quarter. You can move up at any time and move down after the minimum term. We do not refund part months.
A small change is one change on one page, well scoped, that needs no discovery and does not wait on anything from you. Each change comes back as a preview, and it goes live when you approve it; your approval is your acceptance of the change. Changes beyond your plan’s allowance, or without a care plan, are $79 each, and bigger jobs are quoted as a fixed price before we start. Unused changes and improvements do not roll over.
The Rego
The Rego is $79 a month. It covers hosting, security patching, stack updates and maintenance; uptime and enquiry form checks; fixing a break in the website or its form the same business day; editing your own text and images in Pages CMS; 2 small changes a month by request, with a preview within 3 business days; and a monthly email with your site’s health, visitors, enquiries and what changed. Requests come by email; the Rego includes no phone support or meetings.
Every care plan covers the website only; email, devices and other IT are not included. Fixing a break caused on your side, such as a changed password or a revoked key, is charged at the emergency rate below.
Rego + Service
Rego + Service is $249 a month. On top of everything in the Rego, it covers: a reply from a person within 1 business day; 4 small changes a month done for you, including text and image edits, previewed within 2 business days; an improvement each quarter of 2 new pages or one section redesigned, chosen by you from our suggestions (if you have not chosen within 14 days, we do the top suggestion), growing to 3 pages from month 12 and 4 from month 24; a monthly check of where visitors get stuck, with fixes and an email saying what we did; a short written report each quarter; and reminders before holiday hours, price checks and licence renewals. It includes no scheduled meetings; we call you when a job needs it.
Search
Search is $510 a month on top of Rego + Service, so $759 a month in total at the founding price ($700 for Search, $949 in total, standard), on the care plan terms above. It is available for websites we build.
On top of everything in Rego + Service, it covers: a listings and links audit in the first quarter, finding the council, industry, supplier and local websites where your competitors are listed or linked and you are not; setting up your Google Business Profile in the first quarter, then watching it for changes and posting to it regularly; 50 directory listings in the first quarter, then a check each quarter with up to 10 new or corrected; weekly rank tracking for up to 25 searches and 3 competitors; a monthly map check on your top 5 searches; about 10 questions your customers might ask AI tools, checked monthly; a scorecard by email each month, in place of the monthly email and quarterly report; a 30-minute strategy meeting and a keyword, competitor and search review each quarter; 2 more improvement hours each quarter on top of Rego + Service’s improvement; and a call tracking number.
Your Google Business Profile stays in your name; we need manager access to it. Some profiles the audit finds, such as industry association or chamber memberships, charge their own fees, which you pay directly if you choose them. Directory listings are submitted in your business’s name, and some directories decide for themselves whether to accept or keep a listing. Paid links, outreach campaigns and digital PR are not included. AI answers change from person to person and day to day, so AI checks report what we saw, not a promise of what every customer sees.
Add-ons and the price lock
Your monthly price is locked while you stay: it does not rise for as long as you keep the service. Our list prices may rise over time. If you cancel and later come back, current prices apply.
Monthly add-ons have a minimum term of 6 months, then can be cancelled by email with 30 days’ notice.
Founding prices
Enquiry handling, quote follow-up, customer reactivation, the reputation plan and Search each have a founding price for their first three clients, locked for as long as they keep that service. In return, a founding client agrees to a case study with before-and-after numbers from a baseline we record before switch-on, a testimonial, permission to show the work and name the business, and to our logging the hours we spend. Testimonials from founding clients are labelled as such. We may ask for a Google review, but never require or reward one. Founding prices already carry our biggest discount, so the bundle and with-build setup discounts below do not apply to them; reputation plan setup is still free with a website build.
Bundle discounts
At standard prices, monthly add-ons are 10% off each with two running and 15% off with three or more, shown as its own line on your invoice and ending if the count drops. Automation setups bought with a website build are 25% off, and your second and later automation setups are 50% off. Care plans do not count towards these discounts and are never discounted.
Enquiry handling
Enquiry handling is $395 a month plus $990 setup at the founding price ($495 and $1,990 standard). Our AI assistant calls new enquiries from your website form within 2 minutes in allowed hours. Every call names your business and the reason for the call, gives a recording notice and offers a way to reach a person. By default it also opens by saying it is an AI; you can turn that off, and the assistant still never claims to be a person and says it is an AI whenever asked. It asks your qualifying questions, books the next step, texts back missed calls and alerts your team when a call fails. It never takes payment or sends a payment link. Calls go only to people who asked to be contacted through your form, which carries a consent notice beside the send button. 250 call minutes a month are included; after that, calls are $0.60 a minute.
Our guarantee: if fewer than 95% of a month’s enquiries are called within 2 minutes in allowed hours, that month’s fee is free. A call counts when we place it, whether or not it is answered. If our calling provider is down, we text the person within 2 minutes to say a call is coming and call as soon as it is back; that counts as on time. Outages of your own phone, job software or CRM do not count. Enquiry handling needs an Arello website on a care plan; for other websites we quote it. CRM setup is included in its setup fee. The rules every call follows are set out on how our AI calls work.
Quote follow-up and customer reactivation
Quote follow-up is $235 a month plus $495 setup, and customer reactivation is $235 a month plus $495 setup, both at founding prices. Quote follow-up texts and emails customers about quotes you have sent until they decide, reply or opt out. Customer reactivation contacts only past customers who have given consent or who you are working with now, and adds consent wording to your forms and invoices. Every message offers an opt-out. Calls in either add-on are optional, cost $0.60 a minute, go only to consented numbers, and are made only in the hours the Telemarketing Standard allows: 9am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or public holidays. Reactivation numbers are checked against the Do Not Call Register every 30 days, and no payment links are sent on those calls.
Reputation plan
The reputation plan is $159 a month at the founding price ($199 standard), plus a $145 setup fee that is free when set up with a website build. Setup covers a kickoff on your tone, reply guidelines, the connection that sends review requests, the posts calendar and the reviews widget. We send a review request by text and email to every customer after each job, never only the happy ones, and reply to reviews within 3 business days, with every 1- to 3-star reply approved by a person. Replies cover about 20 reviews a month on fair use; more is quoted. We post to your Google Business Profile 4 times a month. Your profile stays in your name. We never write, buy or reward reviews.
CRM setup, hosting and call tracking
CRM setup is $690, or $490 with a website build, and is included in the enquiry handling setup. Hosting is then $29 a month on our Australian server for up to 2 people, and $9 a month for each extra person. It covers one workspace for your business, with daily backups, updates and support. A person is anyone with a login to your workspace, counted each month. The data is yours; ask and we export it for you, including when you leave. Call tracking is $99 a month for one tracking number and a call log in your monthly email, and needs a care plan.
Small changes, hourly and emergency rates
A small change to your website is $79, and bigger website jobs are quoted as a fixed price. Automation, integration and CRM work is $220 an hour. Emergency work is $300 an hour with a 1-hour minimum: same-day or out-of-hours requests, and fixing breaks caused on your side, such as a changed password or a revoked key. We confirm the rate and an estimate before we start.
Extra pages, page templates and packs
An extra page we build for you on a layout your site already has is $99 each, or you can buy a pack: 5 for $449 or 10 for $799. A page template is the layout a kind of page is built on, such as a job story or a gallery. A new page template is $249, including the first page and a form in the CMS. Pages you make yourself on a page template your site already has are free on any care plan (the Rego, Rego + Service or Search). A new page template can be bought only on Rego + Service or Search. The first job story needs a page template (Rego + Service or Search).
A pack of extra pages, job stories or articles (6 for $1,299) can be used at any time within 12 months of purchase. Articles are written from your own input, drafted with AI, fact-checked and edited by a person, and published only once you approve them.
Authority links
Authority links are articles placed on other websites that link to yours: $949 for 3 placements or $1,490 for 5, for websites we build. The websites belong to independent publishers, who decide what they publish and may change or remove a placement. We do not guarantee any ranking from them.
Website copy
We draft the copy for each page from your brief using AI-assisted writing. A person reviews and edits it before you see it, and you can send changes or feedback before launch.
Ownership
Your domain, hosting account and content are registered in your name from day one. You pay your domain renewal directly to your registrar. If you cancel your care plan or stop working with us, everything stays yours.
Results
We build sites search-ready and easy to enquire from. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or inclusion in AI answers. Those depend on your market, your competition and how you run the business.
