# Arello

## The offer
- The Build with a care plan: $3,900 once-off, plus the Rego from $79/month. Every care plan has a 12-month minimum, then runs month to month: cancel by email with 30 days’ notice. The monthly price is locked while the client stays.
- The Build only: $4,900 once-off.
- Includes a 15-page search-ready site, one contact form, one embedded tool, 2 rounds of revisions, 14-day delivery guarantee.
- The Rego (hands-off website care): $79/month. Hosting, security, stack updates and maintenance, with uptime and enquiry form checks. If the website or its form breaks, we fix it the same business day. 2 small changes a month by request, one change on one page each: you get a preview within 3 business days and it goes live once you approve it (unused changes don’t roll over). Edit your own text and images in Pages CMS, a simple editor we connect for you. A monthly email with your site’s health, visitors, enquiries and what changed. Requests by email. No meetings to sit through. Your monthly price is locked while you stay. It covers the website only.
- Rego + Service (a person does it for you): $249/month. Everything in the Rego. A real person replies within one business day. 4 small changes a month, done for you, text and image edits included (unused changes don’t roll over). An improvement each quarter: 2 new pages or one section redesigned, chosen from our suggestions, growing to 3 pages from month 12 and 4 from month 24 (unused improvements don’t roll over). Every month, we check where visitors get stuck, fix it and email you what we did. A short written report each quarter, with one recommendation. Reminders before holiday hours, price checks and licence renewals. No meetings: send it to us and we do it.
- Search: $759/month, shown as $249 Rego + Service + $510 Search (Founding price · 3 spaces left · then $700/month for Search ($949 all up)), for websites we build. Everything in Rego + Service. Your Google Business Profile set up in the first quarter, then watched for changes and kept active with regular posts. A listings and links audit in the first quarter: the council, industry, supplier and local websites where your competitors are listed or linked and you aren’t, turned into a short to-do list. 50 directory listings in the first quarter, then a check each quarter with up to 10 new or corrected. Weekly rankings for up to 25 searches and 3 competitors, and a monthly map check on your top 5. About 10 questions your customers might ask AI tools, checked monthly in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers, plus work to make your site easy for them to read. A scorecard by email every month, in place of the monthly email and quarterly report: Google clicks and searches, profile actions, enquiries by source, calls, and what we did. Each quarter, a 30-minute strategy meeting, a keyword, competitor and search review, 2 more improvement hours on top of Rego + Service’s improvement, and targets scored on the next scorecard. A call tracking number, so you can see which calls search brings in. No paid links; no guaranteed rankings or AI mentions. We confirm the start date in your quote.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. We don’t currently charge GST. The build fee is invoiced 50% to start and 50% before launch; setup fees 50% to start and the rest at go-live.
- Page copy is drafted with AI-assisted writing, reviewed by a person and approved by the client.

## Search foundations
- Every build is search-ready: crawlable pages, titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and AI-readable business information. Google Business Profile setup, directory listings and ongoing search work are part of Search, not the build. No guaranteed rankings or AI citations.
- llms.txt is a reference for tools that use it, not a Google ranking requirement or a guarantee of AI visibility.
- Compatible browsers can use a read-only WebMCP tool to read the public offer. Client agent actions are scoped separately.

- Pages you make yourself on a page template your site already has are free on any care plan (the Rego, Rego + Service or Search). A new page template can be bought only on Rego + Service or Search. The first job story needs a page template (Rego + Service or Search).

## Add-ons
- Enquiry handling: $395/month + $990 setup (Founding price · 3 spaces left · then $495/month + $1,990 setup). Our AI assistant calls every new website enquiry within two minutes in allowed hours, asks your qualifying questions and books the next step. By default it says it’s an AI, and it always does when asked. We confirm the start date in your quote.
- Quote follow-up: $235/month + $495 setup (Founding price · 3 spaces left · then $295/month + $990 setup). Texts and emails follow up the quotes you’ve sent until the customer decides or opts out, reading quote status from your job software or CRM. We confirm the start date in your quote.
- Customer reactivation: $235/month + $495 setup (Founding price · 3 spaces left · then $295/month + $990 setup). Regular texts and emails to past customers who agreed to hear from you, plus a campaign every quarter. We confirm the start date in your quote.
- Reputation plan: $159/month + $145 setup, free with a build (Founding price · 3 spaces left · then $199/month + $290 setup). More reviews, prompt replies and a Google Business Profile that stays active. Works with any website, including ones we didn’t build.
- CRM setup: $690 setup, $490 with a build, then $29/month for up to 2 people and $9/month for each extra person. Every enquiry, in the right place. A CRM set up for your business, with your website form connected. We confirm the start date in your quote.
- Call tracking: $99/month. A tracking number on your website, so you can see which calls it brings in.
- Enquiry handling, quote follow-up, customer reactivation, the reputation plan and Search each have a founding price for their first three clients, locked while they stay.
- Enquiry handling includes 250 call minutes a month, then $0.60 a minute. Guarantee: 95% of enquiries called within 2 minutes in allowed hours, or that month is free. If our calling provider is down, we text the person within 2 minutes to say a call is coming and call as soon as it is back; that counts as on time.
- Enquiry handling and call tracking need an Arello website on a care plan; the other add-ons work with any website. Software the client already pays for stays separate. Add-ons are set up on their own schedule, separate from the website build.

## How our prices work
- Your price is locked. Your monthly price never rises while you stay. List prices may rise over time; if you cancel and come back, current prices apply.
- Twelve months, then month to month. Every care plan has a 12-month minimum, then runs month to month: cancel by email with 30 days’ notice. We never renew you into a new term. Moving between the Rego and Rego + Service keeps your end date; adding Search starts 12 months from that day. Monthly add-ons have a 6-month minimum.
- Founding prices for the first three. Enquiry handling, quote follow-up, customer reactivation, the reputation plan and Search each have a founding price for their first three clients, locked while they stay, in return for a case study, a testimonial and permission to show the work. Founding prices already carry our biggest discount, so the rules below don’t stack on them.
- Care is the build discount. With any care plan, the build is $3,900 instead of $4,900, and a year of the Rego costs less than the difference. Care plans are never discounted.
- Setup costs less with a build. Reputation plan setup is free with a build and CRM setup is $490. Other setups are 25% off at standard prices, because we build the form and connections at the same time.
- Later setups cost less too. At standard prices, your second and later automation setups are 50% off, because the connections are already in place.
- Monthly add-ons cost less together. With two monthly add-ons running, each standard-priced one is 10% off; with three or more, 15% off. Care plans don’t count, and the discount shows as its own line on your invoice.
